Discover the perfect getaway in our holiday apartment Flossi in Norden-Norddeich, which is ideally designed for family vacations. This charming accommodation offers space for up to 4 guests in two cozy bedrooms (with adjustable slatted frames, electrically operated on the ground floor). All windows on the ground floor are equipped with electric shutters. The apartment is equipped with a modern kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: from dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle to ceramic hob and extractor hood. Of course, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and sufficient dishes are also available. For added comfort, there is also a washing machine and a dryer.
In the living area, a comfortable seating area, a hi-fi system, and a Blu-ray player invite you to relax. A large TV with satellite connection guarantees entertaining evenings. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides pleasant warmth especially during the cooler months. For our little guests, a crib and a high chair are available.
Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on your own balcony (southwest facing with a view of the dike). The apartment is a non-smoking property and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Free Wi-Fi, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, and a vacuum cleaner complete the offer.
For your bicycles, you will find a brick storage room to the left of the house, in the large parking lot. There are also charging options for your e-bike.
To the right of the house is your parking space for the car. It is the right parking spot in front of the box (trash bin) with the sticker FeWo Flossi. In the Flossi you will find everything you need for a relaxing and carefree holiday. Experience unforgettable days in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany!

We are Ute and Paul Floß, living in the beautiful Eifel village of Satzvey (known for its castle and knight games; 50 kilometers southwest of Cologne). Due to chronic respiratory problems, the North Sea has been our vacation region for several years. We have tried many coastal towns and ended up staying in Norddeich. In addition to the climate, atmosphere, and tranquility, Norddeich has more to offer. For every age and in every season. We also love the nearby town of Norden very much. All this has prompted us to establish a permanent residence there. We always have an open ear for you and sincerely wish you a relaxing holiday in our holiday apartment.
