Inside the rustico, a spacious living and sleeping area awaits you, open up to the roof, where a modern heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures all year round. In the cooler season, the crackling pellet stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere and invites you to spend comfortable hours. For a relaxed start, some basic foodstuffs such as coffee, pasta, rice, tomato sauce, oil & vinegar, as well as spices are already available.
A place that can do it all – peace or adventure not far from Lake Maggiore.
Whether you just want to spend the day in the hammock or explore the surroundings – many things are possible here. Hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and routes for extensive motorcycle tours start right outside the front door.
The lake is not far – ideal for swimming, sailing, or even a trip by ferry. The brave can take to the skies with paragliding (tandem is also possible) or gliding. And in winter, the ski area is within easy reach.
For those interested in culture, day trips to Milan, Como, Lugano, or Locarno are possible – by ferry, car, or train. If you prefer things a bit quieter, visit one of the botanical gardens, small museums, or simply let yourself drift through the charming towns around the lake. A bit like coming home – only better.
