The exclusive holiday home offers you 230 sqm of space for 10 people, where you can enjoy a relaxing North Sea holiday with friends or the whole family.
The house is modern and perfectly equipped with 4 smart TVs in XXL format, and impresses with its comfort and high-quality furnishings. Enjoy the peace in our lovingly landscaped garden or prepare a delicious barbecue on the grill. Relax on the fenced terrace or make yourselves comfortable by the fireplace. The two fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer combination, and coffee machine leave nothing to be desired. Two washing machines are also available to you.
For our little guests we offer a cot and a high chair. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as WiFi to stay connected even on vacation. A hairdryer is also available, and this house is also perfectly suited for longer stays. Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout the house.
The holiday home is not only a place for relaxation, but also the perfect starting point to explore the picturesque surroundings of Friedrichskoog.

Timeout - THE holiday home is located in the harbor area of Friedrichskoog, a quiet coastal town on the Schleswig-Holstein North Sea. The former harbor area is currently undergoing transformation and offers a special mix of maritime and nature-oriented charm.
The spa park in Friedrichskoog Spitze, adjacent to the dike, extends over an area of approx. 27. 000 sqm the new spa park, where not only musical and other events take place, but also numerous children's play and fitness equipment are offered, as well as covered seating and picnic areas. At the end, there is the large adventure playground, the football field, and an area for skating, etc.
Seehundstation Friedrichskoog
Only a few minutes by car (or about 15 minutes on foot) is the well-known Seehundstation Friedrichskoog. Here you can experience harbor seals and grey seals up close, watch feedings, and learn more about the protection of these fascinating animals.
Promenade:
Wadden Sea
For families with children, the North Sea with its Wadden Sea (UNESCO World Heritage Site) offers unexpected possibilities, such as Mudflat walks especially for families, where young and old mudflat explorers can experience the unique animal and plant world of the mudflats up close and learn a lot about this special ecosystem.
Go-karts
If you prefer to explore the landscape with dry feet, you can take long walks along the dike or rent a go-kart in Friedrichskoog-Spitze and explore the spa town with it; there are many different types available there, from single-seaters to six-seaters. Minigolf: In Friedrichskoog-Spitze, opposite the health clinic, there is a minigolf course – which is also wonderfully located across from an ice cream café.
Bicycles
The flat marsh landscape around Friedrichskoog is ideal for extensive bike tours and walks. Bicycles can be rented locally – on Hafenstraße near the holiday home or in Friedrichskoog-Spitze.
Trischendamm:
A special highlight is the 2.2 km long Trischendamm, which extends far into the Wadden Sea or North Sea. extends into the North Sea and, especially at its end, offers unique views.
Kite flying:
The dike in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is divided into different areas, including zones for sports and activities such as kite flying.
Water sports: For water sports enthusiasts, the Meldorfer harbor offers ideal conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing. In Marne there is a swimming pool and in Friedrichskoog itself a thermal bath. TSV Friedrichskoog: Sports enthusiasts are also welcome to contact TSV Friedrichskoog; they regularly offer courses in which guests can also participate.
Library: There is a library in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. In addition, there is a book exchange in the Sparkasse in Friedrichskoog-Ort, not far from the holiday home, where you can easily swap your finished holiday reading for a new one. Recreation & Culinary Delights
The Health and Therapy Center Friedrichskoog invites you to relax with its seawater thermal bath (32 degrees Celsius) and various wellness offers. In the surrounding restaurants, you can find fresh fish and North German specialties.
Playgrounds:
Dog paradise: At the approximately 400 m long dog beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, dogs can run freely all year round, play in the mudflats, and enjoy the water. The stretch of beach is easily accessible and offers ample space for shared activities with the four-legged friends. For additional exercise, a fenced dog run is available on Nordseestraße, behind the motorhome parking area. This area can be used free of charge at any time and also allows for romping and playing without a leash. Otherwise, dogs must be kept on a leash on and along the dikes and in the Wadden Sea National Park to protect the animal and plant life – above all, we have a lot of sheep roaming here, which react very sensitively to dogs running free :-)
