Enjoy the mild summer evenings on the terrace and prepare a delicious dinner on the charcoal grill.
Use of the pool area on our property is possible by arrangement.
On cooler days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace and enjoy the warmth. We are happy to provide the firewood.
Upstairs there are 2 comfortable bedrooms (with blackout options), each with a double bed and a single bed. The double beds can also be separated. There is also a satellite TV in both bedrooms.
The second bathroom is located on the upper floor and is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as kitchen towels are included.
For our smallest guests, we have provided a crib and a high chair. A selection of board games is available. 2 parking spaces are available for you, so you can plan your excursions in the area without worries.
The holiday home Koschi is equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can always stay connected. Long-term rental is possible, and tradespeople are also very welcome. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house; please use the terrace or outdoor area for this.

Great apartment, warm and helpful hosts
The reception by Mrs. Pietsch was very friendly and welcoming. After a longer car journey, we were immediately served coffee, and other drinks were ready in the fridge. Very impressive was the lovingly rustic and skillfully designed furnishing of the rooms, including the bathrooms. When we had problems with the dishwasher, prompt help from Mr. and Mrs. Pietsch was on-site the next day, and together we got the device running again. Tips and hints for activities, excursions, and hikes were plentiful from the two, and current brochures on tourist opportunities in the region were readily available in the house. Shopping on site, a small bakery around the corner for breakfast rolls, everything great! In the Hainich region, there are hiking trails and destinations for various needs, and Eisenach is also a quickly reachable, attractive, colorful, and diverse city. Absolutely recommended!

Ideal for a relaxing time with friends!
Ideal for a very nice weekend with friends and excursions towards Eisenach as well as hikes (Drachenschlucht-Landgrafenschlucht or Hainich)! We really enjoyed the time and felt very comfortable in the well-equipped house. House quietly located, good mattresses :-), two large bathrooms, fireplace (helpful in the transitional period), well-equipped kitchen, two parking spaces, plenty of space, large terrace with good furniture, everything very clean, friendly and helpful landlords - what more could you want! Thank you very much, Pitsch family, we are happy to recommend you!

Great holiday home
We needed accommodation quite spontaneously and were really lucky to stay with the Pietsch family! ?
We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right away. The house is very clean, cozy, and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can immediately tell that someone is involved here with joy and passion. We really lacked for nothing! Parking right next to the house was super convenient for us – even with a larger van, it was no problem at all.
A big thank you to the Pietsch family for the great hospitality and the lovely stay! We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the holiday home. ?

Beautiful holiday home for feeling good
We were 2 families and felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly furnished, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms were new and modern. Comfortable beds and the bedrooms even have a TV. The landlady is very nice and accommodating. There is a lot to do in the area. The only thing we would complain about is that there are no blackout options in the bedrooms. However, we would still come back.
