Use of the pool area on our property is possible by arrangement.
On cooler days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace and enjoy the warmth. We are happy to provide the firewood.
Upstairs there are 2 comfortable bedrooms (with blackout options), each with a double bed and a single bed. The double beds can also be separated. There is also a satellite TV in both bedrooms.
The second bathroom is located on the upper floor and is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as kitchen towels are included.
For our smallest guests, we have provided a crib and a high chair. A selection of board games is available. 2 parking spaces are available for you, so you can plan your excursions in the area without worries.
The holiday home Koschi is equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can always stay connected. Long-term rental is possible, and tradespeople are also very welcome. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house; please use the terrace or outdoor area for this.

Beautiful holiday home for feeling good
We were 2 families and felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly furnished, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms were new and modern. Comfortable beds and the bedrooms even have a TV. The landlady is very nice and accommodating. There is a lot to do in the area. The only thing we would complain about is that there are no blackout options in the bedrooms. However, we would still come back.

Great starting point for hikes in the Hainich
The freshly renovated house leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The tasteful processing of even old accessories and doors makes it something very special. The personal approach by the landlord family was extremely nice. The fireplace stove makes it cozy even on fresh autumn evenings. Great bathrooms!
