The newly built villa with only two apartments allows you to experience the natural beauty of Lake Garda, where peace and panoramic views are essential for a relaxing holiday. Our guests have access to a spacious living room with kitchen and sofa bed, whose large glass sliding doors allow you to enjoy the view from a comfortable seat.
The large balcony with panoramic views of the lake and Monte Baldo is equipped with chairs, a table, and sun loungers – ideal for enjoying meals or a glass of Prosecco at any time of day or night. A spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower complete the apartment.
The location is ideal for couples or small families seeking a quiet and stylish holiday amidst the natural beauty of Lake Garda.
The house is an ideal starting point for excursions, walks, and dinners by the lake. The beach and the center of Castelletto di Brenzone with shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and picturesque landscapes in Italian style are only 5 minutes away by car.

The location is unique, with an amazing view over the largest lake in Italy.
A 180° breathtaking lake view.
Between lake and mountains, swimming and hiking holidays combine to offer you everything you expect from your trip to Lake Garda.
On the northeastern part of Lake Garda, where the lake reaches its deepest point (360 m), lies our “Villa Il Podere”. This side of Lake Garda is called the “Riviera degli Olivi” (Olive Riviera). In fact, the entire coast from San Vigilio to Malcesine, from the water level up to an altitude of about 500 m, is covered with olive trees. Exactly between Castelletto di Brenzone, the largest district of the municipality of Brenzone, lies the agriturismo.

Castelletto di Brenzone is the largest village of the municipality “Brenzone sul Garda” on the northeastern shore of Lake Garda.
The village develops partly along the lakeshore and the Gardesana road, partly on the mountain. This side of the medieval village is very impressive: narrow, cobbled alleys going uphill, small three-story houses side by side, arches, old cellars, and small hidden courtyards.
The main starting point of the Monte Baldo trails. Among olive trees and unspoiled nature, which require no particular difficulties and offer magnificent views of the waters of Lake Garda.
At the water level, everything revolves around the small picturesque harbor. In the village you can find pubs, restaurants and pizzerias, grocery stores, church, bank, hairdresser, souvenirs, and more.
There is also an oil mill in the village that produces one of the best extra virgin oils of Lake Garda. The oil mill can be visited and the delicious olive oil can be tasted and bought directly.
Tuesday is market day with various offers from food to clothing. To see in Castelletto:
