In a quiet residential area of El Verger, surrounded by charming single-family and semi-detached houses, the house offers retreats full of warmth and style. From the two balconies – one of them more like a small, cozy terrace – you are treated to a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains, which radiate a golden glow in the morning sun. Located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, just a stone’s throw from the dazzling white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, El Verger promises pure joy of life. The name “Costa Blanca” sounds like a promise – the whitewashed houses reflect the dazzling light that makes the sand shimmer like sugar in the sun. And it is precisely this fascinating contrast between the deep blue sea and the bright coast that is wonderfully reflected in the blue and white flag of the province of Alicante, which is also known as the "City of Light." This coast, sometimes referred to as the Gulf or Bay of Alicante, has a magical power that attracts people from all over the world.
Only approx. One kilometer from the house lies the sparkling sea, the Costa Blanca, whose gentle waves bear the Blue Flag, which stands for the special cleanliness of the beaches.
El Verger, located in the province of Alicante, is a small jewel that enchants us with its breathtaking landscapes such as the magical Penya Roja. It is hard to take your eyes off the majestic Segaría mountain, whose summit reveals the wondrous profile of a human face – a mysterious guardian of nature, telling stories from ancient times. An ideal mountain to enjoy, on some solitary paths, the fantastic views of the sea as well as the mountains, such as the Montgo or the Pego, extending into the hinterland. The church tower of El Verger – an imposing landmark – bears a clock that not only shows the time, but brings it to life in such a special way that it touches the heart deeply. Yet El Verger is much more than that – it is an invitation to let your soul unwind and to celebrate the beauty of life. Every Sunday, El Verger becomes lively; many different vendors and private individuals offer their products at one of the largest flea markets in the area. Here you will find many farmers offering their freshly harvested vegetables and fruits, and if your feet hurt, you can also find a shady spot at the local snack vendors, even with currywurst and beer ;-)
The neighboring towns such as Els Poblets, Ondara, Oliva, and Denia are also waiting for your visit and each offers something special. So there are over 400 gastronomic establishments in this region alone, offering everything from simple Mediterranean cuisine to haute cuisine.

Holiday home by Britt Bußmann
Rented a house in El Verger, didn't expect much, the main thing was somewhere to sleep and shower. We drove to Spain without a booking. A friend referred us to the house.
But we were totally surprised. A great house with a pool, parking space for the car. Very modern furnishings, with everything one can imagine. We were allowed to use everything in the house, from spices, laundry powder, etc.
The landlady was totally helpful and nice. What should I say, just get to know Britt? We would love to come back?

TOP, luxury and like a second home ??
We are very happy and proud to have been here. The entire accommodation is simply perfect, nothing is missing. Beautiful, very high quality, and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Also completely practically equipped; not just the kitchen. Nothing stands in the way of deep relaxation and recovery. Great location, excursion destinations, and shopping opportunities nearby. Very quiet surroundings and the sea is also super quick and easy to reach by car. Barbecue facilities, pool, loungers, large sun umbrella, and much more made us very happy as well.

Great holiday home
We were with two adults and two children in this super furnished house. We lacked nothing and the house is very clean and tidy. Keep it up and hope to be back soon.

Lovingly furnished holiday home near Valencia
I spent a week in the holiday home and felt very comfortable here! The landlords are super nice and have thought of everything in equipping their house. There are also many seating areas indoors and outdoors, where you can enjoy the sunrise with a coffee in hand and the sunset with a glass of wine. The pool also provides refreshment in between. Due to the proximity to Valencia and Alicante, there are also many excursion options available. Conclusion: a house to feel good and relax in a good location!

Every detail has been considered and beautifully furnished.
Comfortable beds, a nice cozy living room, and of course a great pool.
The sea is reachable on foot in 25 minutes and the beach there is very clean.
The landlords are very friendly.
