The holiday apartment "Puesta del Sol" (Spanish for "sunset") is only 2 minutes on foot from the kilometer-long dream beach and about 10 minutes' walk from the old town.
In the bright, modern living/dining room with open kitchen and sunny balcony (sea view, southwest), you will find a cozy living area with German satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen. Next door there is a double room (180x200) with a balcony (also sea view, southwest) and German satellite TV, a bathroom with bathtub, and a single room (90x200) with a home office area. Air conditioners ensure pleasant temperatures all year round. Carefully selected pictures and home accessories create a homely atmosphere.

Location and surroundings of object
Conil de la Frontera – that means white houses and palm trees under a deep blue sky and a kilometer-long, fine sandy beach. And all this with around 3,200 hours of sunshine a year!
The holiday apartment is located in one of the best residential areas of Conil. Both the sandy beaches and the charming old town can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Not far from the holiday apartment there is a beautiful small park with fragrant pines, a children's playground, and a lovely café. From both balconies you have a magnificent sea view. In front of the balconies there is a road leading to the beach, where especially during the high season and on weekends more traffic is to be expected.
