Step outside to reveal your own private infinity swimming pool (8m x 5m), which features heating and hydromassage options, along with a state-of-the-art electrolysis non-chlorine filtration system. Relax in the welcoming hot tub or bask in the sun on the expansive sun deck, furnished with six loungers, an outdoor shower, and a comfortable lounge area for unwinding. Experience delightful al fresco dining at the indoor-outdoor dining space that opens onto the sun deck through sliding doors. This area is equipped with a wood/charcoal barbecue, a refrigerator, an ice maker, and a sink, all while you take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding islands.
- Chic Living Areas:
The ground floor, which is located at the pool level, features a chic open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes amenities such as a refrigerator, espresso machine, wine cooler, four-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and toaster. Large glass doors flood the living space with natural light and seamlessly connect you to the pool and stunning ocean views. This level also includes a convenient restroom.

On the upper floor, you'll find four opulent bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom No. 1 (Southwest 20sqm): Fitted with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), air conditioning, TV, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace featuring a jacuzzi (hot tub), two lounge chairs, and a relaxing area with sweeping sea views.
- Bedroom No. 2 (South 14sqm): This room boasts a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), TV, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony offering fantastic sea vistas.
