Description
Villa Pocrnja is located in the village of Stanici in very quiet and natural surroundings. Only 4km away is the coastal town of Omis and the coastal town of Split is only 30km away. The villa is located at the top of the village, as the place is steep, you have an absolutely stunning open sea view. The beach is only a few minutes away, only 400m. The center of the village is only 200m away, there are many bars, restaurants, and various shops. Everything is within walking distance, so no car is needed.
Villa Pocrnja is equipped with high quality and offers everything you need, especially the incredible sea view that you have from every room that makes your holiday unique.
Villa Pocrnja has 6 double beds, 5 of which have an en-suite bathroom with shower, each with a TV and air conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms additionally have a terrace with a sitting set to enjoy the sea view.
On the ground floor (pool area) there is a fitness room with a TV, sauna, bathroom with shower, and pool table. Outside behind the large glass wall, in front of the sauna, there is a jacuzzi for 5 people.
The outdoor area also has a summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining area, a heated pool (8mx4m), and a sun terrace with 8 sun loungers with a parasol and a shower.
The first floor offers a living and dining area with a southern window front so you have a breathtaking view of the sea. This is an absolute pleasure when you cook in the modern fully equipped kitchen. In the living area, there is a TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, 2 additional bedrooms (one of which has a bathroom), and another large terrace with a dining area.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms with an attached bathroom, TV and air conditioning, 2 of these have a furnished terrace.
On the ground floor is a large garage with 6 parking spaces.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa has an incredible sea view and is only 200m from the town center, restaurants, and various shops, also the beach is only 400m away. Small town Omiš is 4km far where are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. Here you also have the opportunity to rent a boat and have a day tour of island Brač.

Super holiday
Super clean house with a host who is always on hand to make anything possible.
Kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive.
Steep ascent/descent to the sea/beach.
But it is worth it!
Great and varied activities possible in Omis and the surrounding area.

Simply a dream
We stayed in this villa with 10 people and it is just a dream, the landlords are very friendly and helpful, if you need something or something is defective, it is done and helped immediately.
The house is very luxurious and has everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Great holiday house
I was with my family for 8 days in the beautiful villa. We were all very enthusiastic. It was very clean and well equipped. Each room has its own bathroom. The pool and the view are great. The landlord was always very nice and helpful. He was always on site immediately in case of problems/questions.

Fantastic view
The villa is absolutely high quality and clean. It offers peace and relaxation. We were with 5 couples and everyone was excited. Vlatko as the homeowner was very nice and helpful. Everything great.
