Villa Soleil is a private villa with pool in the Marche region, nestled in the gentle hills of Montemaggiore, just a few minutes from the beaches of Fano. This villa is more than just a holiday home: it is a retreat full of peace, nature, and harmony. Every detail has been carefully designed to make you feel at home – with that special something that makes every moment unique. The large fenced garden is a safe and refreshing place where children can play freely and your four-legged friends are welcome. There is also a pool with two depths, ideal even for the little ones, a table tennis area, and a multifunctional fire pit, perfect both for lighting a convivial fire and for grilling meat. The covered veranda, equipped with a seating area and a dining table, is perfect for relaxing with a good book, enjoying an aperitif at sunset, or dining under a starry sky. Villa Soleil is ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants to experience the Marche region in complete freedom – between days at the beach, excursions to historic villages, and plenty of delicious food. The property is fully fenced.
The villa extends over three floors. The entrance on the ground floor opens to an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a TV area with sofa, with direct access to the covered terrace, which is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table for outdoor meals. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds available on request) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper mezzanine, where there is a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together upon request. On the lower floor, with access to the outside, there is another open living area with a second kitchen, a large dining table, and a TV area with a sofa and sofa bed (double bed), as well as a second bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Here you can breathe history – from Hannibal to the Malatesta family to Churchill – and experience the true Italy. Montemaggiore is also known for its high-quality agriculture: the famous Bianchello del Metauro (DOC) and local cheeses such as Valmetauro are produced here, and chrysanthemums are cultivated for the national market. In summer, the village comes to life with events and festivals that transform it into a little treasure chest of emotions. “A Spasso nel Castello,” at the end of June, is a unique experience: a culinary walk through the village with local dishes and wines, live music, and festive lighting. In July, the Music Fest takes place in nearby Villanova – two evenings full of entertainment, good food, and workshops for children. "Era Ieri" (It was yesterday), at the end of August, is an impressive historical reenactment of the Second World War with performers, authentic sets, and the vivid narration of Churchill's passage in 1944 – ideal for all who are interested in history and the significance of places. In September, an entire day is dedicated to the culinary culture of the Marche: the cheese festival, with tastings and local products, including the famous Casciotta d’Urbino DOP.
