Podobuče is a picturesque village on the coast of Croatia, with a family-friendly pebble beach, as well as romantic rocky coves out of sight, some of them for nudists.
Podobuče is car-free, because the road ends at the entrance to the village and the parking spaces are located there.
There are 2 restaurants in the village, but no shopping facilities. The town of Orebic, about 10 km away and accessible via an idyllic coastal road, offers comprehensive shopping opportunities, cafés, restaurants, etc. The house Villa Palma is located in the second row from the beach, approx. 30 m from the sea. Walking time from the beach to the house is therefore 1 to 2 minutes.
The house comprises 2 floors with separate entrances, with a maximum occupancy of 9 people. Rooms include: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, 1 living room, a complete kitchen on the upper floor, as well as a small kitchenette on the lower floor. Several terraces with different characters are located around the house, suitable for different times of day and uses; as well as a barbecue area. Vineyards adjoin the house directly, with a wonderful panoramic view of the upper village and the mountains beyond.
Air conditioning is available on the upper and lower floors. The rental also includes bed linen, towels, full kitchen equipment and dishes, etc.
