Description
The bungalow has a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as small appliances and dishes.
There is a shower and a separate toilet.
In the living room, a wood-burning stove provides coziness. The bungalow offers space for four people (one double bed and two single beds). Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, dishes) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please note that the double bedroom, as well as the living room, are unfortunately separated from the hallway only by a curtain for structural reasons.
During the cooler periods (spring and autumn), electric heaters provide the necessary warmth; however, the bungalow cannot be rented in winter.
On the covered terrace, garden furniture, a grill, and deck chairs are available for you. You can also use a fire bowl, provided the weather permits. At the lake, a rowboat is available for you, which can even be motorized (up to 5HP) if you bring a motor.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalows are located on the spacious property of the landlords. Pälitzhof is picturesquely and quietly situated on a side street about 2 km from Wustrow. The village consists of only a few houses. About 250 m from the property lies the shore of Lake Pälitz with a bathing beach. The landscape here is characterized by gentle hills created by the Ice Age and numerous lakes. In the village itself, pasture farming is practiced (cows, sheep). Pälitzhof is a tiny village in the south of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Next to the large Pälitzsee, where the rowboat is located, there are also some small lakes in the area, e.g. the Trünnsee, around which we can offer a guided hike.
In Pälitzhof you are right in the middle of nature, there is no through traffic here, at least not on land, because the village is at a dead end. An ideal place for anyone who wants to recover from hustle and bustle and let nature take effect on them. In spring you can observe cranes here and in autumn collect mushrooms. Since a mushroom expert belongs to the family, you may also be able to get expert advice here with a bit of luck.
However, anyone expecting a developed infrastructure with pubs, cinemas, or discos is in the wrong place; all of this can only be reached by car.

Pets are welcome, however you are required to ensure that your dog does not soil the grounds. Out of consideration for the other guests, we also ask you to leash your dog if someone feels disturbed. The grounds are not fenced, but if necessary we can offer you a mobile fence.
