The villa’s interior exudes warmth and elegance, with thoughtfully designed spaces that offer harmony and relaxation. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, ensuring additional comfort and privacy.

The exterior is designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. The heated pool provides a refreshing oasis, while the spacious terrace is the perfect spot for sunbathing and soaking up the warm sunshine. Unwind in the whirlpool, enjoy the soothing bubbles, read your favorite book on comfortable loungers, or have fun playing table football. A naturally shaded terrace features a barbecue, perfect for preparing your favorite specialties.

Next to the main house, there is a charming stone cottage designed as a separate entertainment and leisure area. Here, you can play games, listen to music, and create unforgettable memories with family and friends.

As a special treat, the owner offers a free panoramic boat ride, and by arrangement, you can also get a discount on sunbeds and water sports at the beach in Novi Vinodolski (from June 1st to September 30th), making your holiday even more exciting and dynamic.

For those who love exploring, we recommend visiting Crikvenica and the island of Krk, as well as taking a stroll through Novi Vinodolski, where you can discover historical landmarks such as the old fortress and charming churches. The crystal-clear sea and diverse beaches, suitable for all ages, provide carefree swimming and sunbathing. Nature lovers can enjoy Risnjak National Park and the scenic beauty of the Novi Vinodolski hinterland.
