Built and equipped for year-round use, the villa boasts a variety of amenities for all generations, with a state-of-the-art heating and air-conditioning system ensuring perfect comfort in every room.

Situated on a fully enclosed 3,800 m² estate, the villa features an outdoor children's playground, a multi-purpose sports court (tennis and basketball), a football field, spacious terraces, and parking for 12 vehicles. Inside, it offers 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, an additional guest WC, 2 fully equipped kitchens within the main building, and a summer kitchen in the annex.
