Located in the quiet village of Burići, just outside Rovinj, the luxury villa Superior is part of the first-class three-villa complex Residence Pietre d'Istria. The complex was originally built in 1876 as a farmhouse, and was completely renovated in 2023, during which special attention was paid to the preservation of the authentic Istrian aesthetics. The villa is suitable for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and pets are welcome. In the beautiful Mediterranean garden, you will be greeted by the common facilities that are shared by the guests of the complex - the barbecue, the swimming pool, the Finnish sauna and the gym. To complete the luxurious experience, the villa's staff will be at your disposal every day, and if you're planning to holiday with a larger group, you can book the entire Residence Pietre d'Istria villa complex.

On the air-conditioned ground floor of the villa there is an open plan area consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. Modern lines and high quality furniture give the room a contemporary feel, while bright colours, large windows and French doors to the terrace bring light and airiness. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace and a smart TV. It's perfect for movie nights or a break from sunbathing by the pool. The PlayStation console and Bluetooth speakers are ideal for those moments of leisure time, especially for the younger guests. The modern kitchen with a glass ceramic hob is fully equipped and spacious, with a window that looks out onto the garden. In the dining area, there is a designer wooden table that seats up to 8 people, where you can enjoy your meals together.

There are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor of the villa. They are designed to give you a relaxing atmosphere with soft neutral colours and simple decoration. Both rooms are equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and it is also possible to add a cot for a baby. For your peace of mind, the rooms have safety deposit boxes so you can be sure of the security of your valuables. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The minimalist design of the bathrooms creates a spa-like atmosphere and gold details add a touch of luxury. Both bathrooms have shower cubicles. There are toiletries, bathrobes and hairdryers at your disposal.

The courtyard has a traditional Mediterranean style that is a delight to the eye. Enjoy your morning tea overlooking the pool and fragrant Mediterranean herbs on the covered terrace with a table for 4. You will be able to prepare a delicious meal on the communal barbecue and continue to socialise with your loved ones until late into the night. The 40 m² swimming pool with sundeck and 12 sunbeds is shared by guests of the complex and is the main place to relax and enjoy reading a good book. For complete unwinding, there is a communal spa area with Finnish sauna and a well-equipped gym. The villa staff are on hand daily to maintain the property and you can also book additional services such as a private chef, car transport and fridge stocking before arriving at the villa. Parking is provided for 4 vehicles.

While you're staying at the Comfort Residence Pietre d'Istria, you're in an ideal position to start exploring the western part of the Istrian Peninsula. Start by discovering the area around the villa - in Kanfanar you can visit many sacred monuments such as the church of St. Agate from the 10th century. If you want to experience the incredible natural beauty of the Lim Canal, you can cycle along the cycle routes, the most famous of which is Parenzana, which follows the old railway line. Visit local vineyards and taste the wine for which this region is famous, then visit one of the traditional taverns and see why Istrian cuisine is often considered one of the best in Europe.
