Villa Casa Stefani is located in the greenery of the small village of Kaštel, near Buje. This 2-bedroom villa is characterized by a simple, contemporary exterior and modern interior. The area of 77m² is ideal for a small family or a group of friends, and pets are also welcome.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an open, bright space for dining and relaxing. There is a modern high gloss kitchen with all the necessary appliances for preparing meals as well as a coffee maker. Off the kitchen is a bar that connects to the dining table, making this area ideal for serving food. Next to it is a living room with sofa and Smart TV. There is also a corner for the young ones, who you can always keep an eye on thanks to the openness of the space. Two French doors lead to the outdoor terrace, giving the room a touch of character and plenty of natural light. All rooms are air conditioned.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All rooms are on the 1st floor. All rooms have double beds for maximum comfort, as well as dressers for storing clothes and personal items. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and includes toiletries. There is also a washing machine, which will come in handy in case of an unexpected stain.

The property of Villa Casa Stefani covers 330 m². In addition to the panoramic views of the landscape that you can enjoy from the private pool, there is an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Children will enjoy the garden and playground, and while they play you can relax on the deck chairs in the covered gazebo. Private parking is available on the property.

Close to the accommodation is the small town of Buje, known for its authentic, simple and relaxed way of living. Here you can swim, eat and drink, and end the day with a view of the spectacular sunset.
