As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a roundabout with an olive tree in the center, which is the prelude to an unforgettable experience in this villa with the signature of Croatian quality. The villa stands out from other luxury buildings with its unique construction of local materials, in accordance with long-standing tradition. The materials used to build the villa Valens Residence are a sign of the rich Croatian heritage. The villa was built using materials from the Indo-European "Orion" calendar, which was discovered in Croatia, adding a touch of authenticity to the overall design. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is intended for 8 people and offers a handful of accompanying facilities.

The fluidity of the ground floor is achieved with high ceilings, an open floor plan and large windows as well as glass walls that lead to the outside space.
