Villa MICHEL in the heart of Lönneberga in Småland: A charming village, known from Astrid Lindgren's stories.
The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac. A large garden with old fruit trees surrounds the house.
Michel has been completely renovated and is up to date with the latest energy standards, and large solar panels help to massively reduce emissions.
There is also a geothermal heating system. Inside, this beautiful villa features several bedrooms and a great games room with smart TV, dartboard, Wii station, and much more.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves hardly anything to be desired, so you can cater for yourself and the dining room can accommodate up to 8 people at the same time.
With a total of 3 smart TVs, Villa Michel offers many areas for different interests at the same time. The new beautiful winter garden leads from the living room to the terrace and huge garden. Here, a dining set and sun loungers await the guests.
The modern, well-hidden technology in the house is especially popular. WIFI is available throughout the entire property, the heating system is state-of-the-art, and in the winter garden a modern LED light module awaits you, which you can adjust according to your mood. On the terrace, a large 3-burner grill ensures that everyone gets full at the same time.
