Welcome to this luxurious, newly built semi-detached house in Mörbylånga, just 210 meters from the nearest beach with a bathing jetty. Perfect for families or small groups, this modern home combines comfort, style, and convenience for a relaxing coastal getaway. You can also pre-book the house's jacuzzi for an extra 1500SEK/week. Bookings for the jacuzzi are made directly through the house owner one week in advance. Contact Stugsommar's Service Office for contact details. The house features a bright, open-plan layout where the kitchen and living room flow seamlessly onto a terrace with a pleasant view of the back garden. Relax on the sofa or enjoy your favorite shows on a wide range of TV channels. Free Wi-Fi is included for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms – one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed with a wide lower bed (120 cm). The living room sofa converts into a double bed, accommodating extra guests. The spacious bathroom is beautifully tiled and includes a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer, with an additional separate toilet available. The house is not rented to youth groups or parties. Pets are not welcome, but please note that the house is not allergy-free. Mörbylånga offers a cozy atmosphere with restaurants, shops, and cafes, while the nearby beaches invite you for swimming and sunbathing.
