Please note the following: The rental prices are for groups of up to 30 people/15 rooms with private bathrooms for each room. It is possible to rent 7 additional rooms with private bathrooms for each room. These 7 rooms can be booked individually at a price of DKK 1,200 per room per week. Welcome to the spacious holiday home 'Lukaf' by Thyborøn Beach and the North Sea. The 1524 m² house is a fantastic place for a family party or a company event with plenty of space to have fun in the well-equipped activity and wellness areas, and with plenty of opportunity to retreat to privacy. The 22 large double rooms in total are all equipped with a refrigerator, TV and private bathroom. The house is connected to Thyborøn Sports Center and Camping, where it is possible to book the sports hall and all its activities, and at the campsite additional accommodation can be booked on a daily basis in the modern 6-person cabins. Everything is within walking distance. The holiday home has everything your heart desires in terms of entertainment and leisure options. In the 4 activity rooms, family and friends can compete in billiards, table tennis, darts, etc., and there are also several exercise equipment and of course Nintendo Wii and Playstation2 for the youngest. If you prefer wonderful water activities, relaxation and pampering, the large wellness area will entice you. Here you will find an 8-person hot tub that invites you to a pleasant underwater massage, a separate room with a hot tub for 2 people, a sauna and a beautiful steam cabin. In addition, there are separate rooms for massage, foot therapy, etc., which can be booked locally. The kitchen is very well equipped and sized for the size of the house. Between the kitchen and dining room there is a practical pantry, so that you can really serve a party in the 80 m² dining room. Conveniently located by the sleeping areas, there are also 2 smaller kitchens at each end of the house. In the well-decorated and inviting living room there is a large flat-screen TV, and the satellite dish provides both Scandinavian and German channels, including Viasat for those interested in sports. There is also, of course, free internet access. The architecture of the house naturally creates a lot of outdoor seating, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun or play a game of pétanque. The house 'Lukaf' is located in the middle of Thyborøn, which is an authentic and active town and not just a tourist scene. A few steps from the house, cafes, restaurants and small, cozy specialty shops invite you in. Thyborøn's location at the mouth of the Limfjord into the North Sea provides the basis for an active fishing port with a fishing auction, the opportunity to go on a fishing trip on the North Sea and, not least, the opportunity to buy lots of freshly caught fish. The port itself is a great attraction, but also visit the Coastal Centre, the Jutland Aquarium and the Snail House. Thyborøn hides one of the best beaches on the west coast thanks to the efforts made to protect the coast. Look forward to visiting the water culture house "Vandværket i Thyborøn", which has both a teaching pool, a children's pool and a hot water pool. In addition, there is a wellness area with physiotherapy, sauna and steam bath. After a relaxing trip to the water culture house, we recommend that you enjoy the dish of the day in the restaurant at Thyborøn Hotel. There is also the option of take away if you would rather enjoy the food at home in your summer house. NB: Special cancellation policies apply at the house, and cancellations can be made no later than 60 days before arrival.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
