This detached two-level retreat offers 70 m² of living space for up to four guests and is ideal for families as well as solo travellers seeking a relaxing getaway by the Baltic Sea. With three rooms, including two double bedrooms on the lower ground floor, it provides the perfect place to unwind.

The house has been thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished to ensure a pleasant stay. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, making it ideal for shared meals and cosy evenings together. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential kitchen utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table overlooking the garden or relax in the inviting living room, where a 44–55-inch TV and a wood-burning stove create a warm and cosy atmosphere on cooler days.

Built in 1979, the property has served as the owners' private Baltic Sea retreat for many years before becoming available as a holiday home in 2025. It combines a welcoming ambience with wooden floorboards in the living room and carpeted bedrooms. For your safety, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.
