Would you like a holiday where space, tranquility, and the beach come together? Then get to know the holiday home Zand: a new, comfortable house for eight people on the edge of Callantsoog. Within 15 minutes you can walk to the beach or the cozy village square.

The holiday home has a beautiful, spacious living room with an open kitchen and garden doors that lead directly to the terrace. It combines modern living comfort with the relaxed feeling of a beach holiday. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom – ideal for anyone who wants to live on one level.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, combination oven, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso machine.

Upstairs there are three stylish bedrooms as well as a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasin. In the entrance hall on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet as well as a room with a washing machine and dryer.
