Here, you'll stay comfortably with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors – whether you're vacationing as a family, several couples, or a group of friends. As you pass through the gate, you're welcomed by a lush garden that basks in sunlight throughout the day. A generous wooden deck wraps around much of the house – ideal for leisurely breakfasts in the morning sun, tapas evenings under the open sky, or peaceful moments in the shade with a good book. Multiple seating areas invite you to relax and enjoy each other's company. At the heart of the home is a cozy, fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a spacious and airy living room. There’s plenty of room for everyone to cook, socialize, or simply enjoy relaxing summer days. From the living room, you can access both a charming little dining area and a fantastic conservatory of about 35 square meters, furnished with a dining area and a cozy lounge section. With just a few minutes' walk to the beach – where the horizon meets the sea and the sand stretches as far as the eye can see – this is truly a paradise for anyone longing for sunshine, salty swims, and a genuine summer holiday. Whether you're seeking relaxation, quality time, or adventure, this home offers that little extra – a place you'll want to return to again and again. Nearby, Hökafältet offers beautiful running trails with outdoor gyms and a mountain bike track. The Mellby Shopping Center is within easy reach. In the area, you’ll also find a beach hotel, charming local shops, and several restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and fitness area nearby. To the south lies Skummeslövstrand, a lively summer destination. Great cycling paths lead you to both Laholm and Båstad. Explore the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages – and not least Båstad, the iconic tennis town. Visit the lovely harbor area in Båstad and stop by the seaside bathhouse. Just north of Båstad you’ll find the beautiful Norrviken Gardens, a popular excursion destination. Laholm is only a short drive away, with a cozy town center full of small shops, cafés, and restaurants.
