A very pleasant holiday home in a very good location in a smaller cottage area in northern Mellbystrand, with convenient distance to the fine sandy beach and Hökafältet's lovely exercise area and nature reserve. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening meals in the glassed-in outdoor room or on the patio in comfortable seating furniture. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and a small toilet. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Living room with sofa bed, armchairs and TV. Outside there is a spacious shower that is built in and under the roof. The shower has both hot and cold water. The plot offers both places to enjoy the sun, the family's outdoor activities as well as comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Within easy reach is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and Strandhotellet. Hökarfältet is a lovely nature conservation and exercise area. There are many different walking paths here both in the protective forest and by the sea. Just south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then Bjärehalvön with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. The town has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here the Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. In winter you have the Vallåsen ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. For those interested in golf there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.

The location is good for the adventurous, the highway or fast road is not far away and there is much to see in the area, e.g. nature reserves with waterfalls or cliffs. The beach is very close and easily reachable by bike. We had daily visits from little rabbits in the garden. There were toy boxes for children and also some board games. Bedding, towels, grill (gas and charcoal), etc. were available. There are also some shopping options that can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are nice bike paths, the beach is great, very clean, and there are clean restrooms everywhere.

Spacious and comfortable! The kids enjoyed playing in the garden, and we loved relaxing on the patio, The nearby dining options were excellent as well,
