The dream of a cottage by the lake awaits you here in the heart of Sörmland, in Solvik. The cottage, which has been renovated while preserving its original charm, is beautifully situated on elevated ground with a lovely view overlooking Lake Trynen, which stretches southward and offers wonderful places to explore. The entrance door opens into a hallway with space for coats and shoes, leading into a large living room with a cozy open fireplace, a snug sofa corner that transforms into a comfortable bed for two at night, and a dining area that seats many. There is a sleeping alcove with a custom-built bunk bed. The kitchen is charming and fresh, equipped with a fridge and freezer, a small stove with two burners and an oven, and a small dining area. Cooking and washing up become a joy with the view over the lake. On the lake side of the cottage, there is an exit to the outdoor patio, which naturally becomes the perfect spot for meals and relaxation. In the guest house, you'll find the cottage’s toilet – an incinerating toilet – as well as a sink and shower. The guest house accommodates three people with a sofa bed and a single bed. Out by the traditional outhouse, which is freely available for use, you'll also find the cottage’s firewood storage. The area around Solvik offers plenty during the summer – from flea markets and a glassworks studio to forest hikes and walking trails. Put on your bathrobe and start your day with a dip in the lake. Das Haupthaus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Direkt am See, in dem man schwimmen und angeln kann. Der See kann jeder Zeit genutzt werden. Wir hatten viel Erfolg beim Angeln und hatten viel Spaß beim Schwimmen. Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es zu unbegrenzt, so wie tolle Radtouren sind möglich. Wir haben sogar einen Elch sichten können. Der Vermieter ist wirklich ein liebenswerter Mensch. Das Haus verfügt auch über WLAN, was nicht in der Anzeige steht. Das Nebengebäude verfügt über eine Verbrennungstoilette, das Schlafsofa dort ist für Kinder gut. Das Bett ist super für Erwachsene. Ein Trip nach Stockholm ist problemlos möglich. Essen auf der Terrasse ist mit dem Blick auf den See wirklich schön. Empfehlungen: Einen Ausflug nach MARIEFRED oder Stockholm lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Für alle die die Natur lieben, reicht es einfach vor die Tür zu gehen.

The main house is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. The location is fantastic. Right by the lake, where you can swim and fish. The lake can be used at any time. We had a lot of success fishing and had a lot of fun swimming. There are unlimited hiking opportunities, as well as great cycling tours possible. We even managed to spot a moose. The landlord is truly a lovely person. The house also has Wi-Fi, which is not mentioned in the listing. The outbuilding has a composting toilet, and the sofa bed there is good for children. The bed is great for adults. A trip to Stockholm is easily possible. Eating on the terrace with a view of the lake is really nice.
