Modern and very pleasant house in a quiet summer house area for family and friends a short walk from one of Sweden's finest sandy beaches. A wooden deck surrounds the house in all directions, which provides a choice of sun and shade all seasons. A well-sized terrace with a hot tub and large dining table under the pergola roof for shared moments and wonderful barbecue evenings. Guest house with 3 beds next to the terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture facing west.The back of the garden also borders a large green area made for play and activity. The house, which has nice social areas in an open plan with high ceilings, provides both space and plenty of light. From the entrance in the hall there is a bedroom with a bunk bed for at least two adults as the lower bed is 120 cm wide. The fully equipped kitchen has a kitchen island with seating around and a patio door to the dining area on the terrace. Kungsbygget's adventure park with Sweden's southernmost downhill skiing in winter, can be highly recommended for activities and events all year round for all ages.
