Exclusive townhouse in an elegant Nordic style with a unique location right by Hammershus, Northern Europe’s largest castle ruin, and the atmospheric Hammerhavn. Here, you stay in the midst of some of Bornholm’s most spectacular nature, surrounded by rocky coastline, sea views, and idyllic surroundings. The home is bright, inviting, and harmonious, with a functional split-level layout. The open kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, featuring an induction hob and a separate oven with grill function, providing the perfect setting for cozy meals at a relaxed holiday pace. The bright bathroom is modern, with underfloor heating and a washer-dryer column. The property is also heated via a heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The living room invites relaxation and socializing in bright, comfortable surroundings, with cable TV and fast, stable internet. For families with young children, a high chair and travel cot are provided, so even the smallest guests are considered. Outside, two cozy covered terraces await, perfect for enjoying holiday days with grilling, good meals, and the fresh sea air. A house that has everything you need, the location unique between Hammershus and Hammerhavn. The general condition is appropriate for its age. Recommendations: If you want to explore the area around Hammershus, this is the right place. The kiosk at Hammerhavn is a hidden gem and very diverse and delicious.
