Located on a large, secluded natural plot elevated above the idyllic town of Sandvig, this well-appointed 48-square-meter holiday home offers stunning views of Sandvig Bay, the iconic Hammer Lighthouse, and the cliffs of Hammerknuden. Surrounded by 1,400 m² of natural grounds, the property provides a peaceful coastal retreat just a short walk from local restaurants, shops, and the beach. Inside, the light-filled layout features a cozy living area complete with a wood-burning stove, stereo with CD player, TV with German and Danish channels, and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. An adjoining sunroom extends the living space, while the well-equipped kitchen offers an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to four guests across two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bright bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower, and a washing machine ensures everyday convenience. Outdoors, guests can take in the panoramic surrounding scenery from the expansive wooden terrace, complete with a garden grill, or unwind on the smaller covered patio accessible directly from the living room.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
