The Dünenquartier Cuxhaven is located in a modern new building (completed autumn 2021) on the quiet residential street Mühlentrift – only 300 meters from the North Sea beach. This comfortable holiday apartment impresses with its quiet location, first-class comfort, and a well-thought-out room concept with a weather-protected balcony – ideal for couples and young families who love short distances to the North Sea beach and the maritime North Sea spa town of Cuxhaven.

Outstanding apartment

We were able to spend a wonderful and great week in Cuxhaven.

The apartment was excellent, the cleaning fairies deserve a huge compliment, everything was perfect.

We are very sad to have to leave tomorrow.

We are very sad to have to leave tomorrow, as we had a wonderful time in this vacation apartment. The last few days were simply perfect: lots of sunshine, occasionally a thunderstorm, which made it all the more adventurous.

The apartment is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the beach and right next to the Beach House, which always provided delicious food and refreshing drinks. In the area, there are more good restaurants and great playgrounds for the children. The apartment itself is very well equipped and clean. The hostess was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. There is really nothing to complain about, only - that our stay unfortunately ends tomorrow. We would love to come back!

Great apartment with deductions

We were in the apartment for a week with two small children (1 and 3 years old). The apartment is new, equipped with everything, and it was also great for the kids (crib, high chair, toilet stool, etc.).

What unfortunately affected us a lot and is why I have to deduct one star: the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable for my husband and me and squeaks extremely on the right side. The problem has been reported to the management and hopefully will be resolved soon. The contact with Ms. Kordovan (administration) was exemplary and always friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much, Ms. Kordovan!

Regarding the location of the property, it can be said that the apartment is great for beach vacationers. Those who enjoy strolling along the beach promenade in the evenings should have bicycles with them. Unfortunately, there is little to see in Döse itself... there is also unfortunately little choice when it comes to restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (pizza, döner, fish, and a bakery). We could have informed ourselves about that beforehand, and it does not diminish the quality of the apartment in any way.
