This spacious holiday home offers 300 square meters of space for up to 18 guests. It features 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, ensuring both privacy and togetherness during your stay. The house is perfectly suited for families, private events and celebrations, clubs, companies, seminars, retreats, and reflection.
In addition to the cozy parlor, there is a large group room with a gallery that is ideal for seminars or music groups to practice.
Another group room offers the opportunity for meditation and reflection.
The house is equipped with amenities that make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Relax on the balcony or in the idyllic garden, and use the barbecue area for sociable dinners under the open sky in a peaceful setting. Sufficient parking spaces are available for your vehicles.
In the fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, and coffee machine, you can easily prepare meals for your group. A washing machine and a dryer are also available, as well as a crib and a high chair for our youngest guests.
The "Haus am Weg" is exclusively a non-smoking house and also offers the possibility for long-term rentals. A hairdryer is available in every bathroom, so you can feel at home even when traveling.

The house by the path is situated in a quiet location at 800 meters in the Sonnenwald region in the Bavarian Forest with a magnificent view.
There are numerous hiking trails and many activities in the nearby area, e.g. Bavarian Forest National Park.
In winter, cross-country ski trails and a small ski area are about 1 km away.
