A charming town in southern Germany with a rich history and beautiful architecture.
There is an outdoor swimming pool in the neighbouring town.
The town centre of Schwäbisch Gmünd is around 3 kilometres away.
A bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.
There are shopping facilities such as supermarkets, bakeries and butchers as well as restaurants within our Straßdorf suburb.
Schwäbisch Gmünd is the oldest Staufer town and has a beautiful old town centre with numerous restaurants, cafés and impressive medieval buildings, museums and churches.
From our house, which is situated in a spacious and quiet residential area, you can also walk or cycle directly into the town. The country lanes in the grounds are only a few minutes away.
You are also welcome to simply enjoy the afternoon on our beautiful terrace.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

quiet location ideal as a starting point for hikes, cycle tours and excursions Dear guests, our holiday flat covers 115 square metres. You are welcome to use the garden and the large terrace with garden furniture. Our holiday flat has 2 cosy bedrooms with double beds and an additional extra bed, a fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space. A dishwasher, cooker with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and new and beautiful crockery and cookware. There is also an ironing board and an iron. The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower and a separate bathtub. The WC is located outside the bathroom. A large living room with TV and the directly adjoining dining room invite you to linger and relax. From there you can also access the terrace and the garden directly. The flat is suitable for families with children. There is a playground in the immediate vicinity. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. We therefore ask smokers to smoke outside on the terrace. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We look forward to your visit.
