Plenty of outdoor activities to keep you entertained, delicious restaurants close by and beautiful sunsets to finish your day.
The beaches of Arrifana, Monticlerio and Amoreira are within a 5 minute drive of the house and offer an exquisite beach experience. The seafood is fresh off the boats daily, and Arte Bianca Pizzeria is famous for its sourdough crust.
The house is located minutes away from the World Famous Rota Vicentina Hiking Trails.
There is a mini-supermarket (Supermercados Roque & Filho) and restaurants (Fonte Do Vale, Hugo’s, Jose’s), are walking distance from the house.
For a night out on the town, you can stay local and enjoy Hugo's or drive down to Lagos in just 30 minutes.

House Rules:
No toilet paper in the toilet:
The houses in this area are not designed to allow paper products in the toilet. You will need to put paper products, including toilet paper, in the bin and then out to the dumpster. You will be responsible for the cleaning fee if there is paper in the system. We do check this after each stay. We know it's an inconvenience, but the good news is that it is better for the environment.
Capacity:
According to our rental license, up to six people are allowed in the house. If you go beyond 6 people there will be a fine of €30 a night per person, or we will turn you away without refund.
10pm Noise Reduction law:
The neighbors are very nice, so please respect their privacy and keep the noise level downn after 10pm.
Maintenance:
The pool maintenance comes once a week. Please do not disturb them as they are keeping the pool beautiful for you.
Security Camera:
There is an entrance security camera on the garage that monitors the driveway and road to the property for your safety. It does not monitor the pool area or inside the house.
Villa:
While the garage is not part of the villa, the entire house, pool and BBQ area are there for you to enjoy.
No Car Charging:
Due to the limited electrical capacity, we do not have the capacity to charge an electric car. But the good news is, that there are charging stations at the Intermarche in Aljezur, which is just a 10 minute drive from the house.
Central Heating is available at an additional charge and upon request, but really is only needed during the colder months of year.
