The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 2006, was renovated in 2015, and is practically furnished. The property is situated in the village centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view of the mountains from the property and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are:

Čavle, 200 m above sea level. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

In summer: Swimming opportunity 7 km in Fiume (beach 7 km in Fiume with pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Fiume: boat hire 10 km, minigolf 15 km, golf 45 km, tennis, horse riding, fishing each 5 km. Boat mooring 7 km and dog beach, diving, water sports each 8 km. Grobnik racetrack - 7 km.
In winter: Ski lift 25 km in Platak. Grobnik racetrack 7 km.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 1st floor
and leads via an external staircase directly into the hallway. Living room (15 sqm) with seating area, TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Bedroom (7 sqm) with 1 single bed and air conditioning. Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 single bed. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size). Kitchen (7 sqm) with TV, air conditioning, dining area, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 1 ring), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment) and microwave. Bathroom (5 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 8:00 pm to 10:00 am.
