Welcome to Golf Cocoon, a stylish vacation home managed by HELLO HOLIDAYS. This exclusive architect-designed home is located in Oberuttlau near Bad Griesbach, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Bavarian Tuscany. Tucked away among the hills in a charming village and surrounded by Europe’s largest golf resort, a relaxing getaway filled with comfort, design, and privacy awaits you here.

With a generous 120 square meters of space, you’ll find plenty of room to unwind and feel at ease. Two bright, spacious bedrooms with high-quality king-size beds ensure a perfect night’s sleep. The open, light-filled living and dining area blends harmoniously with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The reading nook on the loft invites you to retreat with your favorite book. An additional guest bathroom complements the spacious main bathroom and provides extra comfort for longer stays.

The heart of the Golf Cocoon is the private garden with a heated, secluded pool. Here you’ll find a stylish cabana with cozy lounge furniture, sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower, and two terraces for a relaxed breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. No matter the time of day, the outdoor area offers the perfect ambiance to unwind.

A lovingly curated welcome package awaits you, featuring chilled Prosecco, still water, fine Nespresso capsules, various teas, a fresh fruit basket, Italian pasta with matching sauces, milk, butter, small jars of jam, honey, and a sweet homemade surprise.

Additionally: An exclusive minibar is stocked with selected beverages and snacks (for a fee).

A total of three private parking spaces are available directly at the house, one of which is in a single-car garage. If you arrive by electric car, you can charge it on-site using the 22-kilowatt wallbox (billed separately). Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker provide modern entertainment.

The region around Oberuttlau is a true paradise for golfers. The renowned Bad Griesbach Golf Resort offers ten diverse courses with a total of 129 holes. From beginner courses and family-friendly golf to challenging championship courses, there’s something for everyone. Three courses were even personally designed by golf legend Bernhard Langer, including the famous Franz Beckenbauer Golf Course. Right in town is one of the popular golf courses and a charming hotel where you can optionally enjoy an excellent breakfast for 17 euros per person. Beginners and advanced players of all ages will find suitable golf lessons here, which are also ideal for families with children.

Away from the golf course, the surrounding area captivates with its idyllic beauty, which is why it is affectionately known as the “Bavarian Tuscany.” Whether you’re traveling with family, enjoying a romantic getaway as a couple, or simply looking for a luxurious retreat for a few relaxing days, you’ve come to the right place! Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail perfekt ausgestattet wurde. Der Pool und das Poolhaus sind ein absolutes Highlight. Besser geht es nicht.

We have usually rented a holiday home 3 times a year for the last 10 years. This was one of the most beautiful! Perfect! Everything was there. Upon arrival, even groceries like butter, milk, coffee, etc. were provided. There was even a freshly baked cake ready. Really touching! The pool was well-maintained. clean. We had nothing to complain about.

We spent a few absolutely relaxing days at Golf Cocoon and were completely thrilled. The house created a real WOW effect from the very first moment. The architecture, the stylish decor, and the high-quality furnishings create an atmosphere in which you feel immediately comfortable. The living area with the adjoining kitchen is perfectly thought out. Everything was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The garden with the heated pool is an absolute highlight. Breakfasting on the terrace in the morning, relaxing by the pool during the day, and ending the evening with a glass of wine, we simply had a great time. The lovingly assembled welcome package upon arrival also pleasantly surprised us and shows how much heart goes into thinking of the guests. For those of us who play golf, it’s a dream, but it’s also an ideal retreat for non-golfers. Perfect from Munich, we will definitely come back.
