Enjoy the peace and comfort that this house has to offer. Start your day with a coffee on the balcony or relax in the evening by the fireplace in the living room. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine and a dryer are also available to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The holiday home is surrounded by a lovingly maintained garden that invites you to linger. On the terrace, you can enjoy cozy barbecue evenings or simply relax and unwind. A parking space directly at the house ensures convenient arrival and departure.

For adventurers, a boat is available to explore the nearby waters. The surrounding area also offers numerous opportunities for water sports, such as windsurfing and kayaking.
