We are the Schmelz family from Dortmund and are delighted that you are interested in our holiday flat. We offer our lovingly furnished flat in Norden-Norddeich as a holiday home.
Our 40 square metre flat is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept holiday complex in the immediate vicinity of the dyke and beach.
It is ideal for 2 people and has a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The flat is modern and cosily furnished. The light-flooded living room with comfortable furniture invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV is available for cosy TV evenings. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a cooker with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee machine, hot water boiler, toaster... The dining area with comfortable chairs is the perfect place to enjoy meals together.
If you wish, you can have breakfast in the neighbouring Merlan guest house.
The bedroom exudes peace and cosiness. It is furnished with 2 comfortable single beds and high-quality bed linen. The bathroom has a modern design and features a shower, WC and washbasin. A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the apartment complex.
The holiday flat has a balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the dyke and the surrounding countryside. A car park is also available.
WLAN is available throughout the flat so that you can always stay connected. Long-term rentals are possible and the flat is suitable for non-smokers.
Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a lockable bicycle garage.

Visit Norddeich in East Frisia, an idyllic place on the North Sea coast.
The beach and dyke are just a stone's throw away from our flat.
The bakery, the adventure pool with its giant slide, the wave park, the seal breeding station, the therapy centre for spa treatments and the harbour are just a few minutes' walk away.
