Description

Nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Schlei, surrounded by gentle hills, wide meadows, and the typical hedgerows, lies this charming Danish holiday home - the Schleiparadies in Ulsnis.
The holiday home, (partially) renovated in 2025, with a living area of 85 m², welcomes you with a generously glazed winter garden that offers you a magnificent view of nature at any time of year. On two sides, there are no neighboring properties—instead, two blooming orchards stretch out here. Once a year, the Apple Blossom Festival takes place here.
From the large winter garden, you enter the spacious living and dining area, which, with its open design, invites you to linger. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities for culinary enjoyment. An additional room next to the kitchen can be flexibly used as a separate bedroom, home office, or cozy retreat.
A small hallway leads you further to the double room, the single room, and a modernly equipped shower bathroom.
On winter evenings, the stylish Danish wood stove creates a cozy and warm atmosphere – perfect after a long walk along the Schlei, which is only 900 meters away. Please note that there is no central heating system. The large, lovingly overgrown garden surrounds the house with a natural green frame. Here you can let your soul dangle and listen to the chirping of the birds. Two plum trees offer healthy snacking in the summer.

Our vacation

We particularly liked the uncomplicated booking; the winter-proof accommodation; the surroundings; the natural garden in winter for bird watching; the peace here! A sieve for draining pasta would be nice.
