The studio is located in a detached house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea. Available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Novi Vinodolski. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Close to the beach. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The entrance to your studio is on the ground floor and leads directly into the living/bedroom. Living/bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m), TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace (10 sqm, garden furniture). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, electric cooker (2 hobs), fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the terrace (10 sqm, garden furniture). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
