Discover our small holiday cottage "Ayguades" in Gruissan, Languedoc-Roussillon, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. This lovingly furnished holiday home offers about 35 square meters of space for up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom on the ground floor, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a shower room. In addition, there is a separate toilet. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen appliances you need to prepare your meals. The living area is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a dining table, ideal for shared game nights.
The bedroom in the upper area of the cottage invites you to relax with a comfortable bed and a television. Additionally, a washing machine, an iron, and other amenities are available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In the adjoining small pantry next to the winter garden, you will find, in addition to 2 deck chairs, a small grill.
You can park your vehicle directly in front of the house in one of the parking spaces. The outdoor area of the house offers a sun terrace where you can also barbecue – the perfect place to unwind. Of course, we provide you with free Wi-Fi.
Please note that our holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation and long-term rentals are also possible.

Gruissan is an idyllic village in Languedoc-Roussillon in the French département Aude, known for its picturesque beaches and vineyards. In the old town center is the Tour Barberousse, which was built at the end of the 10th century. In the new part of Gruissan you will find the harbor. Hameaux de la Plage is located in the associated district les Ayguades, a little outside, directly by the sea.
The village is accessible via the D32, which connects it with Narbonne and other nearby towns. You will find airports in Montpellier, Béziers and Perpignan.

Very beautiful, well-maintained holiday home
We were allowed to spend our vacation over Easter in this very beautiful holiday home. The house leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is available that one needs for a vacation.
The excellent amenities with a dishwasher, washing machine, and many other extras are worth mentioning.
The house has a top location directly by the lagoon and in close proximity to the beach.
Thank you for this very nice vacation.

Dear interested parties, For over 30 years, I have spent at least one vacation a year in beautiful Gruissan, and there is always something new to discover. Each season has its own special charm. Personally, I especially like the months of September and October, when the light gradually becomes mild and golden. There are countless excursion destinations in the region, beautiful markets, wineries, a jazz festival in July, Barcelona is easily accessible, a spa not far away, the Etang is ideal for learning to surf, and the sea is within walking distance. Restaurant, bar, ice cream parlor, bakery, and a small supermarket are practically around the corner, and numerous restaurants in Gruissan itself or in the surrounding area leave nothing to be desired culinarily. There are parking spaces directly in front of the house and families with children as well as possible pets are welcome. If you have any questions, just give us a quick call.
