The country house was completely restored a few years ago by the owner, a Dutch architect, in which the authentic atmosphere of the old building was retained and original building materials were used, such as heavy wooden beams and old cotto tiles on the floors, combined with sleek plastered walls and a modern interior.
Villa La Vista is suitable for 4 to 11 people. The layout makes it a very suitable house for two or three families or a group of friends.
The house has a sitting/living room with open kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and ceramic hobs. From the lounge/kitchen you have direct access, via double doors, to the large semi-covered terrace from where you have a magnificent view over the rolling hills and the Adriatic Sea.
Three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the second floor while the other three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have new beds and wardrobes.

This charming little town has all the necessary shops, restaurants and other essential services. From the garden and the swimming pool you can also see the remote hilltop towns of Montefiore del Aso, Campofilone, Montrubbiano and Massignano.

If a reservation made is cancelled for whatever reason, the person who made the reservation must immediately notify Le Marche Explorer in writing. The cancellation is effective from the date Le Marche Explorer receives this message. A cancelling tenant owes Le Marche Explorer the following amounts in addition to the administration costs due for the cancellation per accommodation: - in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel and/or rental price. - in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before arrival until the day of arrival: 100% of the travel and/or rental price. €45 in handling/administration costs will also be charged.
