to our 84m² holiday apartment "Im Baumgarten". The name says it all. The apartment "looks" onto an almost 1000sqm garden with old, stately fruit trees. This borders directly on the idyllic river "Schussen". Our guests are welcome to snack on the various berries and fruits in our garden. From almost every room, you can look into the lush greenery of the large garden. Also, on the very spacious, covered terrace/balcony (approx. 30m²), you can enjoy the view and the tranquility. (4m by 6m), you can enjoy the sun or find a shady spot of your choice under our large fruit trees. In our spacious garden, you can simply observe, discover, marvel, enjoy, and relax unrestrictedly in all seasons. . .
The apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people; or a maximum of 6 people if the sofa in the living room is also used as a sleeping place. The vacation apartment "Im Baumgarten" has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and if needed, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. Each bedroom has a closet with ample storage space. In the internal hallway area, there is a large wardrobe and a mirror. The spacious living/dining area can be divided into two rooms by a sliding door, allowing for quick and easy creation of additional private spaces. The dining area/dining table is separated from the kitchen by a small "counter room divider." The U-shaped fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator. In addition, all necessary cooking utensils and dishes are available in sufficient quantity to prepare delicious meals. Dish towels, dish soap, a dish sponge, and a dishcloth are also provided.
The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax: equipped with a comfortable couch, a floor lamp, a television, and free Wi-Fi. Satellite TV is also available, so you don't have to miss your favorite shows even on vacation. The entire apartment is non-smoking and offers a pleasant living atmosphere throughout. From the living/dining room, you can access the light-permeable, covered outdoor seating area through two French doors. The spacious bathroom, with natural light, is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, two sinks, a mirrored cabinet above the sinks, an additional bathroom cabinet, and a hairdryer. There is no toilet in the bathroom.
The toilet is separate.
Some of the apartment's windows are fitted with fly screens.
Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are included, and an existing hairdryer provides additional comfort. Similarly, a carport parking space is available free of charge per apartment. Brought bicycles can also be stored in the carport.
No charge is made for final cleaning.
If you want to vacation with friends or relatives, they can also be accommodated in another smaller apartment in the same house. Small Vacation Apartment "In the Green":

Both holiday apartments are the ideal starting point to explore and get to know Lake Constance and its beautiful and diverse surroundings.
The minimum stay primarily applies during the peak season; otherwise, we are flexible in this regard, if possible.

Our vacation apartment "Im Baumgarten" is located on the northern edge of the town of Eriskirch on Lake Constance.
The property is not directly on the street but is set back in the second row and directly borders the river "Schussen".
In just a few minutes' walk, almost everything in the small town of Eriskirch is accessible, such as: the pilgrimage church, the historic wooden bridge, the Eriskirch Ried, the nature conservation center, the train station, shopping center, post office, pharmacy, bakery, etc...

Generous vacation apartment & super friendly landlords
We were very impressed by the light-flooded and well-designed apartment, everything top clean and also very well equipped for larger groups. We particularly liked the very friendly and helpful landlady. Highly recommended for families who are mobile and prefer a quiet environment.
