The spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, the exquisite shapes and colors, and the unusual room layout create an outstanding living experience. The balcony invites outdoor living.

The large-format original artworks by Munich artist Ulrike Schüler, featuring the vine motif, refer to winegrowing and the spiritual work on the island of Reichenau. It is the "artist's apartment." The creative process involved in the creation of a work of art is similar to the growth of climbing plants.
