Detached holiday home with sauna for max. 6 persons in the beautiful Sandepark in Groote Keeten, only approx. 600 m from the beach in Groote Keeten.
You are sure to have a wonderful holiday in this bright, light-flooded holiday home. Enjoy the beautiful terrace and the large, fully fenced garden.
The holiday home was completely renovated and refurnished in 20223/2024. The first letting is from 1.3.2024. Be our first guest!

On the ground floor:
Modern and very cosy furnished living room with a modern couch with recamiere and an armchair. TV with cable TV (some German programmes can also be received), board games.
Modern and very well equipped kitchen.
Equipment: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combi oven with integrated microwave, induction hob with integrated extractor fan, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, hand blender.
Spacious dining area with large modern dining table and 6 chairs.
1 bedroom with door with a double bed 1.60×2.00m (1 mattress), wardrobe. Windows can be darkened.
1 very nice, modern bathroom with ventilation, which can be controlled by a timer. Equipment: wellness rain shower, washbasin, toilet, design towel radiator, heated mirror, hairdryer.
Storage room with washing machine.
A wooden staircase, with handrail at the top, leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 further bedrooms. A stair gate is available.
Bedroom 1 with door: 2 single beds each 0.80x2m standing together. These can also be
can also be placed on top of each other to form a single bed, making the bed higher, windows can be darkened.
Bedroom 2 with door: 1 single bed 0.90x2m with a further bed 0.90x2m, which can be pulled out. Window can be darkened.
There is a radiator in each bedroom on the upper floor.
