Description

Directly located on the sea, spacious and sunny corner apartment on the fourth floor of the Sterflat. This apartment has a beautiful view of the beach, sea and boulevard and is only a few minutes walk from the cozy village center. About 45 minutes from Amsterdam and 15 minutes from Alkmaar.

The apartment has recently been completely redecorated and has a fresh and light appearance. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
This beach apartment is located on the south-west corner of the Sterflat. Extra (sun)light comes in through the side window in the living room and in addition to the sea view, you also have a beautiful view of the cozy village.
You can take beautiful long walks on the beach, as well as bike rides through the dune area. On the spacious balcony you can sit in the sun early in the spring with a beautiful view of the sea.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a box spring for two people. The second bedroom is part of the living room. A comfortable double bed is available for the third and fourth person, which is built into a closet.

In this apartment you can of course make free use of excellent wireless internet.
This accommodation has a private garage (2.30 meters wide and 1.97 meters high). It is not allowed to charge an electric vehicle or bicycle in the garage. Your bicycle can be safely parked in the garage.

Das Apartment 101 im 4ten Stock gelegen ist großzügig gestaltet. Die Küche bietet alles, was benötigt wird. Das 2te Bett (Schrankbett) war bequem und hatte gute Matratzen. Der Wohnbereich war mit einer Couch und 2 Sessel ausgestattet.

The location and apartment were great. The furnishings were very comfortable. All necessary household items are available. The key handover during check-in and check-out was very simple and problem-free. We received quick responses to our inquiries. Everything went smoothly, even though parking in garage number 53 with a large car was difficult, but we found a solution. Wi-Fi and the waste disposal system worked well. We would/will come back and book again, as everything worked very well, thank you.
