Eine sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer Toplage. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr, sehr eng und für größere Autos eine Herausforderung.

The apartment is beautiful and modern; however, one cannot see in the pictures that it is only comfortable and cozy for people up to about 1.60 m tall. One must also be physically fit. The stairs to the 4th floor are extremely steep and not suitable for physically impaired individuals or smaller children. The slope in the bathroom is unfortunately more than what is seen in the very well-made pictures, so one constantly bumps into something. We knew that the apartment is "only" 50 sqm, but due to our heights of up to 2 m, we would have chosen a more comfortable one for us with a better description of the apartment. The note that the underground parking space is very tight would have also been helpful. We would have liked a more detailed description of the waste separation bins, etc. The balcony and the availability of a beach chair were nice. The central location and the walkability to many shops like bakery, drugstore, etc. is great.
