Lovely newly built house on Öland where you can enjoy the peace and at the same time be close to Köpingsvik and Borgholm's large selection. The house is located in a smaller cottage area located 4.5 km from Köpingsvik's extensive beaches. Here you have a lovely veranda where you can hang out and enjoy the view over the meadows. The house has an open living room with a fresh kitchen, dining area and living area. You sleep well in two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 140 cm bed. Enjoy lovely walking paths in beautiful nature. You are close to the West Coast. In Borgholm you can enjoy the lovely atmosphere and the wide range of restaurants, shopping and events. There are also attractions such as Solliden's castle and Borgholm's castle ruins. You are also close to Öland's eastern coast, where you can enjoy a calmer atmosphere. Öland's zoo with its animals, water park and amusement park is usually popular with children. The holiday home is located very quietly on the edge of a small settlement. The surroundings are very green. The house is very new and very clean. The expected basic amenities are available. The kitchen is very good and well-equipped. The bathroom is functional and also very clean. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not work properly, as the door lock is defective. The larger bedroom has a comfortable wide bed and a dresser for clothes. The smaller bedroom unfortunately has no storage options for laundry. Both bedrooms have no blackout, which is a major drawback. In the kitchen, there is a large dining table with 4 wooden chairs, unfortunately without seat cushions. In the outdoor area, there is a spacious terrace with seating, but they are quite old. Especially the plastic table is slowly disintegrating. Unfortunately, there are also no seat cushions here. The existing charcoal grill works, but the air supply from below is rotted. There are lounge chairs and two simple bicycles, but they are not usable in their current condition. For our purposes, the house was good, and we would book it again.
