The open-plan living and dining area (80 sqm) boasts comfortable sofas, a flat-screen smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The dining space accommodates up to 8 guests and opens up with sliding glass doors to the stunning outdoor areas, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with nature's beauty.
The villa offers 4 elegant en-suite bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a TV, air-conditioning, and direct access to the pool area. The Master bedroom is a true sanctuary, complete with an en-suite bathroom that includes both a shower and a freestanding bathtub, along with a glass door leading directly to the pool.
Step outside to discover your very own private retreat: a heated swimming pool (9 m x 4 m) equipped with an electrolysis filtration system and a shallow entrance that’s ideal for little ones or simply cooling off on a sunny day. For those looking to stay active, a private tennis court awaits, while a sun deck area with 8 lounge chairs and umbrellas provides the perfect spot to relax. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Dine al fresco in the covered outdoor dining area (30 sqm), featuring a barbecue grill (wood and charcoal) for delightful evening meals under the stars. An outdoor shower and a separate toilet enhance your convenience, allowing for seamless outdoor living.
The villa also includes a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing amenities, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay. High-speed WiFi is available throughout, and the entire property is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
