Cozy and well-maintained cottage close to Kvie LakeAt the end of a cul-de-sac, just a 5-minute walk from the scenic Kvie Lake, you will find this spacious 110 m² summer house. The house was built in 1971 and is located on a lovely, secluded plot surrounded by trees – ideal for those seeking peace, quiet, and privacy. The garden is the perfect setting for both relaxation and play.Inside, you are greeted by a bright and open kitchen-dining area with a good dining area and a cozy living room, where the wood-burning stove provides warmth and atmosphere on cooler days. There is room for togetherness and relaxation here – whatever the season. An air-to-air heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate.The house has three good bedrooms with room for a total of six people, as well as a charming loft with two additional sleeping places – perfect for the children. The bathroom is functional, and as an extra luxury, you will also find a sauna, which is perfect after a brisk walk in the area.From the hallway, there is access to a cozy conservatory that leads out onto the sunny terrace behind the house – the perfect place to enjoy a little glass and barbecue.Entertainment has also been taken care of: the house offers table football and free access to the water park, as well as one hour of free bowling daily at Sportium in Varde – an obvious opportunity for the whole family.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
