In the warm season from May to September, I rent out my otherwise privately used SWEDISH HOUSE AT THE STETTIN LAGOON in Altwarp to loving and responsible self-caterers and self-cleaners. Following the Scandinavian model, you bring your own towels and bed linen and also take care of the final cleaning. Please note that the SWEDISH HOUSE AT THE LAGOON is a non-smoking house. Otherwise, enjoy an unforgettable holiday in an idyllic location in the fishing village of Altwarp, in the far northeast of Germany. This spacious holiday home offers 130 square meters of space for up to 6 guests and is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for families or friends.

The house impresses with its inviting Scandinavian style and high-quality furnishings. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything for preparing delicious meals. The cozy living area with fireplace invites you to relaxed evenings, while the sauna provides perfect relaxation after an active day.

The Szczecin Lagoon offers ideal conditions for water sports enthusiasts, from stand up paddling to sailing. The shallow water is especially suitable for small children. With a small cutter you cross over to the Polish Nowe Warpno or take a boat tour on the lagoon. Or you spend your days with walks in the woods or bike tours through the enchanting landscape with its inland dunes and juniper forests.
Afterwards, you let the day end quietly on the terrace or visit one of the fish restaurants in town. A grill is available for sociable BBQ evenings and the small village shop provides you with everyday necessities. A private parking space ensures comfort.
