The villa is situated in a quiet area of Istria, surrounded by meadows and fascinating nature. It has a beautiful view of the Lim Channel, which is a natural breeding ground and wintering site for many fish species. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Bedroom (35 sqm) with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC and hairdryer.
